Art Therapy promotes a greater sense of holistic wellbeing and mindfulness. In Group workshops, Jacqui, will facilitate your sense of wellbeing through collaborative experiences. By sharing with others, our sense of fun is increased, new discoveries are made, promoting self-awareness and wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment. Group workshops are great team builders and an effective tool for self-esteem.
